Requirements:

To join the Talkspace team as a counselor or therapist, individuals must provide evidence of their expertise, which includes a degree in psychology or a related field and a license to practice therapy:

• The clinical license that is approved by a state board is an achievement that all healthcare professionals strive for, as it grants them the freedom to operate independently and legally
• Investing in personal malpractice insurance is a proactive measure to safeguard against potential lawsuits
• Presenting a completely filled out and signed application for CAQH
• Individual NPI number
• I currently reside within the territorial jurisdiction of the United States

Compensation:

Pay transparency is an essential value upheld at Talkspace. Our therapists are paid $67.90 per hour for each live session they hold, with adjustments made for shorter sessions. Asynchronous messaging rates are subject to change depending on the client's particular subscription plan.
