Requirements:

To be considered for employment at Talkspace, therapists and counselors must authenticate their qualifications by providing relevant certifications and licenses:

• With a clinical license that has been certified by a state board, healthcare professionals can offer their expertise to patients with complete independence, knowing that they have permission to do so
• Protect yourself against potential legal action with individual malpractice insurance
• The submission of a CAQH form that has been carefully filled in and signed
• Individual NPI number
• I am presently situated in the United States, where I reside

Compensation:

Transparency in pay is key at Talkspace. Rest assured that you will receive a payment of $67.90 for each live session you conduct per hour. For sessions that are shorter, your pay will be calculated proportionately. Additionally, rates for text-based messaging services vary depending on the client's subscription plan.
