Job Description for Server:

As a Server at Red Lobster, you wll be an essential part of our team, enhancing the guest experience by providing personalized service and ensuring each guest has a memorable dining experience. You will take orders, deliver food promptly, clear tables, and manage transactions, all while ensuring that guests receive the highest level of service in a welcoming and friendly environment.

Responsibilities of Server:

• Accurately take orders, suggest menu items and beverage pairings, and ensure special requests or dietary needs are communicated to the kitchen.
• Serve hot, fresh food to guests in a timely manner, ensuring the food is presented according to Red Lobster standards.
• Collaborate with other servers, kitchen staff, and management to ensure seamless service and an efficient dining experience.
• Follow food safety and sanitation standards, ensuring a safe and clean environment for guests and staff.
