Requirements:

To join the Talkspace team as a counselor or therapist, individuals must provide evidence of their expertise, which includes a degree in psychology or a related field and a license to practice therapy:

• Obtaining a clinical license that has been approved by a state board is a vital step in the career progression of medical professionals, as it empowers them to work independently without any legal limitations
• Personal malpractice liability insurance policies are becoming increasingly popular among professionals
• Presenting a CAQH application that has been duly completed and signed
• Individual NPI number
• The country which I currently inhabit is the United States of America

Compensation:

We value transparency in pay at Talkspace. For every live session conducted, our therapists will receive a remuneration of $67.90 hourly. If the session is short, the pay will be adjusted. Additionally, asynchronous messaging rates will vary, based on the subscription plan of the client.
